Lexie and Sadie got into trouble when a simple surgery turned into a big problem. For the recue, Meredith, Bailey, Cristina come to help them out, Derek and Owen are treating a very injuried man that lamost got himslef killed while he was sleepwalking. Mark is giving his best shot to support the Sleepwalker man’s daughter.

Some old friend of Meredith joins the team but her ‘new friends’ arent welcoming the new member, jsut another day at the Seatle Grace. A New surgeon steps in, Virginia Dixon in the new member and she settle new rules to the O.R. Lexie is doing her stuff, as always not following the rules and now she is leading the interns into a secret and unorthodox traning.

Again a new competition between the residents, this time the Chief Anounces that a Solo Surgery well be rewarded to the winner. In the meantine Derek realizes that Cristina is turning his life with Meredith hard and go to Bailey seeking for help, Erica discovers that her resident has a strong bond with one of her pacients.
